Ishtar provides family entertainment, with raunchier components for hen parties and similar. Booking enquiry     Ishtar has performed and run workshops at a variety of festivals including the Green gathering ,Glastonbury Goddess conference and the barefoot festival.Ishtar is also  a choreographer and has worked on pop videos and other film projects. Ishtar's approach to the dance is creative and she has created a variety of fantasy pieces that have been performed in theatres. Ishtar has been on TV and radio  a number of times including  BBC ,ITV and on Sky one . She has also featured  in national magazines including Cosmopolitan, Kindred  Spirit,Spirit and Destiny and Women’s own. She has her own instructional DVD and has sold thousands of copies internationally Ishtar provides an entertaining and fun show using props including swords, candelabra and zills/sagat. Audience interaction will be included if requested. Her grandparents were professional international dancers and had their own school. Ishtar was taught her first dance steps by her grandmother.(Little Supple.)    Ishtar has given many performances for the female Arabic community in Merseyside. She has also done many shows and workshops for the corporate  sector including clients like the Ministry of defence , the RSPCA and Women's aid. Ishar has given lectures, demontrations and workshops for primary and secondary schools , and further and higher education establishments.    Ishtar performs cabaret, Egyptian and Turkish and fantasy styles of belly dance. She can also perform Bollywood dance.    Drummers and an additional dancer/ dance group can be provided on request.
