What is included

The retreat centre is situated in a large,secluded valley, overlooked by striking mountains fruit and nut trees and a massive expanse of sky. The surroundings provides excellent opportunities for walking, with an extensive network of tracks through the surrounding olive groves. The Sierra Sur is a stunning, unspoilt and little known area, where you can really escape from the busy tourism of many other mountain ranges.

The venue
Cortijo Vadillo is also situated on the original route of the Caliphs, which was taken by the Moorish kings of centuries past and which links up the Moorish castles in the surrounding area. Alcala la Real has a stunning castle, fortress and church of particular historical interest to be explored, and during the summer months myths and legends are retold in the castle grounds.
When I hurt my foot and was unable to dance (just before attending the retreat) I thought that I would just be sunbathing. However a lot of the work was about psychological process and empowerment games. I feel I benifited greatly from this. I have felt great since the Goddess retreat. I never realised that I had no time to assses what is going on in my life. In the presence of really nice people I have had the space to develop my goals and plans for the future. I am pleased to say the changes are affecting my life in very meaningful ways. I have lost a lot of weight and have had some very prestigious busness proposals.
