Indian dancer/teacher. I have attended a number of Bisarka's performances and workshops. She is a teacher of integrity, experience and compassion. Her performances are intensely spiritual and creative. Bisharka has brought Indian dance and culture to so many people and situations. Both student and professional dancers speak very highly of her.

Photographer - passionate about the documentation of arts and cultural events. Jean-Pierre, is an accomplished photographer, his speciality is live performance photography. Jean Pierre has the ability to capture the energy of the live situation and frame it sensitively and artistically. He is currently working on an exhibition of cultural events.

Goddess Dancing
A trio of dancers formed in 1989 (Anita-Cristina Calcaterra, Cathy Moore and Karen Uminksi) from Boston, MA in the United States. They have brought out a spiritual/pagan bellydance video and are really nice people. I love the way they include spirituality and feminism in their performance and teaching.

Sandra Harvey
Fine artist/kitchen fitter all round odd job woman. She specialises in working for women, who may feel happier with a woman coming to do their home improvements. She is currently writing a column about her exploits as a builder/amateur belly dancer. Sandra has a very witty and philosophical personality. It is great having an artist come and do your home improvements. I have had great chats with Sandra and have really enjoyed her coming round.
Sandra has a lot of talent as a dancer and an artist also. She has run a very successful mould making and sculpture business in London as well as a café/gallery. She has won various competitions and been involved in many successful exhibitions.

Faiza Alasaly
Faiza is a very strong and charismatic woman. A devout Muslim, she writes and performs challenging poetry, which looks at how tradition rather than religion can oppress women. She is a consultant for the police in matters of Arab women in domestic violence situations. She is very supportive to Muslim women in these situations.
Fiaza has spoken in a number of prestigious venues in Britain she has had a number of her poems published. She has also been involved in the presentation of 'One world day' In Toxteth. Faiza also DJ's for women-only events. Faiza is one of the deepest and most religious people I have have ever met. She has great love of expression of the truth.
